Barbet Zambia offers a wide range of professional services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. These include:

Incorporation of Companies: Assisting with the establishment of both foreign and local entities.
Company Secretarial Services: Providing annual secretarial support to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Board Meeting Support: Attending meetings, preparing, and maintaining accurate board meeting minutes.

Regulatory Compliance: Filing statutory returns and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Registrations: Facilitating the registration with various regulatory authorities and tax bodies.

Are you passionate about corporate governance and company secretarial practices? We at Barbet Zambia Corporate Secretaries Limited are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and dynamic Client Advisor to join us.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory documents to ensure compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on Zambian corporate governance requirements.
  • Draft and prepare professional Board meeting minutes.
  • Attend Board meetings and support proceedings.
  • Draft resolutions to implement changes within client companies.
  • Facilitating registrations with various regulatory authorities such as NHIMA, NAPSA, ZRA Tax Registrations, WCFCB LCC Certificates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A degree in Business related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent certification.
  • 2–3 years of experience in professional services.
  • Proficiency in filing procedures with PACRA, ZRA tax registrations etc
  • In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
