Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate edging, cutting, and fitting of lenses into frames.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust eyeglasses to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with optometrists and staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory of laboratory materials and supplies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in an ophthalmic laboratory or optical setting.
• Skills: Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work with delicate instruments.
• Education: Certificate or diploma in Optical Dispensing, Ophthalmic Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with industry-standard machinery and techniques.
  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
