We are looking for a passionate and dynamic person to work as tutor in agriculture science and crop production teaching students and smallholder farmers in climate-smart agriculture, crop production and related courses. The tutor with under Greenfield College a new college offering skills training to youths and smallholders.

Qualification and attributes

• Diploma in agriculture science with teaching background
• G.C.E
• Professionally matured with 30+ years of age and above
• Experience in teaching agriculture science at secondary level or/higher education
• 2+ experience in teaching and hands on in crop production
• Sober minded with knowledge and skills to work and teach students and smallholder farmers
• Faster learner who can easily adapt to new environments and work as a team
• Knowledge in climate and climate-smart agriculture is an added advantage
• Ability to develop and  suggest  new curriculum and courses
• Coordinate students and work with  farmers
• Result and target oriented mindset
• Good communication and writing skills
