Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious , optimistic and self motivated School Leavers, Gradutes and Social Media enthiusiast to join us as Sales Representatives, Sales Asociates and Sales Affiliates to promote the company’s products and services.
Job Description, Responsibilities, and Expectations
Sales Rep’ Responsibilities:
– 100 % field work; door to door sales, marketing and promoting company products and services
– Generate revenue through sales for the the company
– Sell products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
– Establish and maintain positive business – customer relationships.
– Follow up on leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
– Mediate customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
– Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
– Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
– Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
– Get feedback from customers and propose solutions to problems
Expectations:
– Field work : Visit clients and prospects via door marketing and sales
– Meet and exceed sales quotas regularly.
– Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
– Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
– Provide timely and effective solutions to customer’ needs.

Requirements:
– School Leavers, Graduates, Social Media enthiusiast or influencers are all welcome
– Proven work experience as a sales representative will be an added advatange.
– Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales is a +.
– Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills are a must have.
– Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills are needed.
– Ability to create and deliver presentations is a must have skill.
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
