In order to achieve its goal, the company seeks the services of the Process Artisan. The key roles for this position is to operate, maintain, repair, and optimize process machines/equipment in order to ensure zero production interruptions.

Job Qualifications and Experience

Principal Responsibilities

1.Process Control

• Operate equipment according to standards
• Regularly monitor machines/process performance
• Perform quality checks to ensure smooth operation of equipment
• Record damages and promptly take corrective steps
• Anticipate problems and proactively take preventive measures
• Follow safety measures in all processes
• Continuously train and support process operators and to meet set target

2.Maintenance

• Carry deep cleaning and lubrication of equipment according to standards
• Carry out routine maintenance activities according to maintenance schedule
• Ensure key spare parts are readily available

3.Other Attributes and Competencies

• Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems on all FMCG machines including production Generator
• Good Communicator using most modern platforms and must be a teamwork
• Sober and self-starter

Qualifications

1.Grade 12 Certificate
2.Member of EIZ
3.Craft certificate or Advanced Certificate (Technician) in Electrical/Electronics
4.Must have key knowledge and skill in basic mechanical
5.Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a busy manufacturing or process company that deals with FMCG preferably beverages
