Job Description
House Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified House Manager with a background in Education Psychology and Adult Education and Psychology to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the house
- Manage house staff and ensure efficient performance
- Develop and implement educational programs for adults in the house
- Provide counseling and support services as needed
- Coordinate activities and schedules.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education and Psychology 0r Educational Psychology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a House Manager or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
