Bulk Mining Explosives Limited, a subsidiary of the Omnia group of companies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bulk emulsion explosives.
Bulk Mining Explosives Limited has the following vacancies available to suitable candidates.
A. ASSISTANT STORES OFFICER – SOLWEZI
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Perform extensive data entry related to inventory orders and other critical stores related business records including daily operating of the ERP system to reflect stock movement.
- Keep organised logs and record of executed orders.
- Assist with order follow up.
- Capture all daily stores receipts.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Oversee housekeeping and SHEQ requirements in stores.
- Oversee monthly and perpetual stock counts.
- Control and reconciliation of stock on spreadsheet.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Diagnosing faults in vehicles
- Undertaking practical vehicle repairs
- Updating service records
- Capture all stock movement transactions on the ERP system daily.
MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 certificate
- A minimum of Diploma in a business study
- A minimum of three years’ experience in stores management
- A valid driver’s licence
B. SITE ADMINISTRATORS – KALUMBILA
- Manage daily administrative operations.
- Liaise with our contractors on administration related matters.
- Write purchase orders, arrange delivery and collection of goods.
- Monitor and ensure statutory compliances like silicosis, local governments operating licences and all forms of statutory compliance.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies,
- Maintain an updated duty roster as provided by site sectional supervisors.
- Keep an updated record of raw materials for production.
- Process monthly payroll input for final approval by the Human Resource Department.
- Capture all stock movement transactions on the ERP system daily.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in business studies
- A minimum of three years in administration operations
- A valid drivers licence
