Job Description


Lumwela Investments Ltd is a fully Zambian owned startup company operating and with a track record in Transport & Logistics (Car Rental), Construction and General Supplies.
We are seeking for a skilled and organized individual to join our operations and contribute to our goals of providing exceptional services to our clients as an Administrative/Operations Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set including, however not limited to proficiency in Legal Matters, Sales Support, Business Administration, Customer Service, Social Media Competence, Proposal Writing & Microsoft Package skills.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with legal documentation and processes
– Provide support to the sales and coordinate sales-related activities
– Perform administrative tasks and ensure the efficient functioning of the sales process
– Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
– Undertake proposal writing as needed
– Utilize oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
– Maintain records, process orders, and handle customer inquiries
– Assisting in coordinating logistics and transportation requirements

Requirements:

– Relevant Tertiary Education Qualifications
– Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations is an added advantage
– Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
– Excellent Microsoft package skills & Social Media
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in oral and written communication
– Age between 25 and 35 year
