1. Ensures timely ordering of drugs and other medical supplies from suppliers.
2. Reviews prescriptions,
3. Organizing the pharmacy, delivering and labeling of medications, providing information and advice to patients.
4. Ensure safe medication use.
5. Prepares medicines according to the Doctor’s prescriptions and monitors patient’s medical history.
6. Provides consultancy on pharmaceutical care to patients in order to improve quality of care.
7. Monitors regularly the implementation of pharmaceutical care.
8. Implement pharmacovigilance service in the pharmacy.
9. Prepares monthly pharmacy plans and budget.
10. Undertakes monthly drug utilization reviews, reviews monthly sales and expenditures.

Education/ Professional Certifications.
Grade 12 and Bachelor in Science Pharmacy
Full Registration with Health Professions council of Zambia, Current Annual Practicing License.

Knowledge/Experience:
2+ years’ Post Graduation experience.
