Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that our lodge maintains the highest standards of hospitality.The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate daily lodge operations, ensuring all guests receive npersonalized attention and outstanding service.
– Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
– Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests.
– Assist in budgeting and inventory management to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.
– Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and communication.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on supervisory roles.
– Grade Twelve Certificate or equivalent.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a lodge environment, including standing for extended periods.
– Proficient in guest management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– A passion for hospitality and enhancing guest experiences.
