Kids Alive International (www.kidsalive.org) is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of vulnerable children and families. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a life free from fear and trauma. Through our comprehensive programs and resources, we work to transform communities through a holistic approach that melds evidence-based practices with biblical principles.
Kids Alive empowers abused, neglected, and vulnerable children in some of the hardest places. Creating thriving families and communities by giving hope to children through restorative education, family strengthening, protective care, and justice advocacy.

We are seeking one qualified, self-motivated, result oriented, passionate, and empathetic individual to join the enthusiastic Kids Alive Zambia Team in Lusaka on Contract.

QUALIFICATION:

The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications/qualities:

  • Grade 12 School Certificate
  • Minimum class C driver’s license.
  • 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Defensive driving skills will be an added advantage.
  • Certified training in Mechanics is an added advantage
  • Able to drive a variety of vehicles sometimes in hard-to-reach areas, like rural areas Zambia
  • Able to read and write in English. With excellent Communication skills and reporting writing skills.
  • Fluent in English, Nyanja, and Bemba. And Lozi
  • A born-again Christian with a personal faith in Jesus Christ, sober and a heart for serving orphans and vulnerable children.
