Job Description
Exponent Bizolutions Ltd is a Pan African Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Organization that specializes in BPO, consultancy services, retention and churn management, campaign execution, sales lead generation, quality assurance management, market research and survey, training and recruitment.
We seek to recruit suitable and qualified candidates for the position of Sales Executive.
REPORTS TO: Marketing manager and project manager
Sales executives will primarily be responsible for creating a client base, promoting high quality products and services with the aim of maximizing profits.
Duties & Responsibility
1. Customer relationship management; managing new and existing customers.
2. Negotiating terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals for both the company and the client.
3. Obtains; imparts; clarifies and verifies information to and/ or from customers to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
4. Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
5. Ensure that the quality of each encounter with clients is within compliance with predefined quality parameters.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-ups.
8. Ensure a complete and accurate knowledge of products and services
9. Ensures daily performance targets are met.
10. Identify and target potential customers
Qualifications
i. Must have a complete Grade 12 Certificate
ii. Diploma in in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
iii. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
iv.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
v. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
vi. Good typing speed and computer skills, particularly with regard to Microsoft office applications
vii. Good communication skills including a clear voice; and fluency in English and local languages.
viii. Proven experience as a sales executive
