As an Office Assistant Intern, you’ll support both the administrative and marketing teams, helping to maintain smooth office operations while actively contributing to the company’s marketing efforts. You’ll interact with clients, manage inquiries, and assist in promotional campaigns. This internship will equip you with skills in administration, marketing, and client relations in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and handle phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Support marketing efforts and help with promotional campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Promote company services and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a Business program
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media and basic marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced tech environment.
