Job Description


Our firm is currently looking for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

 

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Oversee office operations, including finance, HR, and general management

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes,

•⁠ ⁠⁠Develop and implement culture as per the operations manual and strategy plan

•⁠ ⁠Provide exceptional personalized support to Lawyers,including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences

•⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts

•⁠ ⁠Implement and maintain compliance with firm policies and procedures

•⁠ ⁠⁠Develop, create social media content and manage the firm’ social media accounts, must have some Graphic design knowledge.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Experience in office management and administration preferred

•⁠ ⁠⁠Diploma or degree in any related field,

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of leadership and team management

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and share point and other productivity software

•⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent communication skills and good customer services

•⁠ ⁠⁠Must be professional and proactive

•⁠ ⁠Law firm experience preferred
