We are currently looking for a versatile and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing/Administrative Support Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects.
  • Ensure all technical activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and oversee project accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all ZRA regulations and deadlines.
  • Prepare and file all required ZRA tax returns.
  • Manage and submit NAPSA, Worker’s Compensation and NHIMA contributions.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and communications
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Tender management
  • Client Management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounting, finance or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of ZRA returns, NAPSA, NHIMA regulations and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
