Job Description
his role is responsible for assisting with the organizations’ supply chain solutions and its optimization, processes, and use of resources.
The primary objective of this role is to support the achievement of cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible administration of solutions (flow of material, value, information).
This role actively supports the execution of the logistics and supply chain strategy that defines the connection and combination of activities and functions throughout the value chain including B2B integration.
in addition, it:
-Provides support with availability of the necessary processes and systems to enable the buying team to execute the everyday activities.
-Assists the flow of materials, products, services and information.
-May interact with vendors and clients and intervene when queries from these stakeholders are escalated.
-Remains involved with the buying process by participating in the delivery of components of the process including the final resolution of problems and queries.
-Proactively implements the necessary processes to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
-Works closely with internal stakeholders to assist with the creation of the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness.
-Assists with any other relevant task as requested by management.
