Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to buy or sell properties.
• Provide clients with comprehensive real estate solutions tailored to their needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and property listings.
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closing of sales.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Compensation:

Commission based with K5000 per sale.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for real estate marketing.
• High level of self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
