Monthly Return: ZMW 1,200 + Commissions

Job Description: Thelsac Equipment and Services Limited is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Direct Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our swimming pool services to a diverse range of clients, including residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

-Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for swimming pool services.

-Engage with potential clients through direct sales strategies, including door-to-door, events, and cold calling.

-Present and demonstrate our swimming pool services to prospective customers.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

-Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

-Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

-Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.

-Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Highly motivated and target-driven.

-Basic understanding of swimming pool services is a plus.
