Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. This remote position will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team while also driving our sales strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the implementation and management of CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and organization of client information. This includes taking existing contacts and translating them into the CRM.
-Drive outbound sales efforts to generate leads and secure appointments for our consulting services.
-Implement and manage CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and organization of client information.
-Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
-Monitor and report on key sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
-Ability to effectively initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails.
-Experience in generating and qualifying leads to build a robust pipeline.
-Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a consulting or related industry.
-Strong proficiency in CRM software implementation and data management.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to work independently and remotely, with a results-driven approach.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
