STOCK EXCHANGE SPECIALISED MANAGER
Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Stock Exchange Specialized Manager able to work with global, complex and matrixed organizations.
This individual must be reliable, well-organized and hold significant experience in stock exchange related operations at senior managerial level.
He/she must also have the ability to design and deliver a variety of programs in partnership with multiple stakeholder groups.
The job requires strong project and stakeholder management skills, problem solving capability and an ability to manage change.
Qualifications
The selected individual should have relevant experience and qualifications in a Management-related subject, Financial Management or Marketing. He/she should also have strong knowledge of stock exchange operations.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of financial institutions and their role in the financial markets, business and project management, team management as well as design of global processes and initiatives including but not limited to onboarding and resource allocation-review of resource against business need, confirming budget allocations, determining team prioritization based on business priorities. Project and programs management to meet organizational as well as team specific requirements. Team leadership & supervision and the desire to pass on their expertise and skillset to staff members. This stock exchange specialized manager’s job requires a highly skilled, versatile and expert individuals with international standards of operation to carry it successfully.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher qualifications in a Management related subject, Finance and/or Marketing
- Proven field experience and vast knowledge of stock exchange operations.
- Top Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to process, track and create paperwork such as (including but not limited to) work orders, KPIs, schedules, reports, projections and budgets
- International work experience and exposure with strong understanding of financial institutions.
