We are looking for a Skilled,Vibrant, Energtic, Motivated and Passionate Person  to Lead our Sales team and Strive for ambitious, profitable growth by emphasizing market and customer share, while also ensuring profitability and effective key account management aligned with the division’s strategies.

 

Your role

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales performance in the Compressor Technique Service (CTS)
  • Monitor profitable sales Targets and ensure they are achieved
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead, Manage and motivate the aftersales team
  • Monitor contracts and assist clients with timely renewals
  • Ensure pricing strategy for all business lines is competitive.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms.

To succeed, you will need

  • Strong and experienced people management skills able to motivate the Sales Team to achieve and go beyond expectations.
  • Exellent written and Verbal communication skills to achieve Team performance and good  Customer Experience.
  • Good at market research and analysis to identify market potential,trends and customer needs.
  • Ready to drive revenue growth through increased patronage.
  • Team work,ability to work with effectively with with individuals and groups to resolve Cross-Departmental or Cross-Organisational issues.
  • Full utilisation of Digital Tools to effectively support oneself and clients.
  • A Degree/Master in Engineering/Business/Technical/Relevant Experience.
