Requirements:

1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and versatility in design projects.
3. Ability to understand design briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
4. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients, and to effectively present and explain design concepts.
6. Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Understanding of current design trends and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all design work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Previous experience (1-3 years) in graphic design or a related role, preferably in an agency or design studio.
3. Familiarity with digital design and web development principles is a plus.
