Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the CIT Manager, the coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the company’s Cash in Transit (CIT) team. The incumbent will also work closely with the ATMs team to ensure it is optimal, identifying and implementing enhancements to daily work flows.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the CIT Team.
• Ensuring that proper threat and risk assessments are conducted to ensure overall security of team members.
• Scheduling the CIT Team to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Ensuring CIT Team is working within established procedures, policies, procedures and controls at all times.
• Completing reports timely and accurately.
• Keeping abreast of changes in client operational requirements.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of Five (5) years’ handling large cash volumes, coupled with a minimum of five years’ experience working in a security environment.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum diploma in a relevant field
• Computer literate.
