JOB OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will be responsible for irrigation works on the irrigation system for both domestic and industrial works.

REPORTING TO

Maintenance Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems

Collaborate with the irrigation and maintenance team

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies

Follow building plans and blueprints

Analyzing of building codes, following safety regulations and safety practices

Communicate with clients and supervisors to inform on maintenance activities performed and availability of equipment.

Willing to work overtime, standby, shifts and when required.

Performs related work as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Full Grade 12 Certificate

Must have 2 years minimum experience

Qualified plumber from reputable learning institutions

Excellent diagnostic skills

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and integrity.
