EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Zambia Health Education and Communication Trust (ZHECT) is an indigenous Zambian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered under the laws of Zambia and dedicated to providing high quality health services, social behaviour change interventions, research and capacity building for the improvement of the health status and general wellness of people in Zambia. ZHECT has accumulated a wealth of experience in providing Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV prevention and mitigation services to organizations and community mainly in Zambia. ZHECT is therefore focused on HIV/AIDS/STI prevention, Sexual Reproductive Health, Gender Based Violence and Economic Empowerment among vulnerable and hard to reach communities.

ZHECT is bidding to facilitate the implementation of HIV Prevention works in 32 districts across the country in conjunction with Global Funds under the Ministry of Health.

To ensure smooth and effective implementation of the project, ZHECT is seeking applications from well qualified candidates for the following positions;

3. Technical Advisors (HIV Prevention) x 2 Positions

Position 1 KP

This key position will offer expert technical guidance on HIV prevention strategies, ensuring that program activities are evidence-based and aligned with global best practices.

Qualifications: MBCHB or its equivalent, with Masters in medical related field or Public Health, and no less than 5 years’ experience in HIV Prevention interventions in Key Populations and Adolescent Girls and Young Women.

Position 2 AGYW

This role is vital for assessing the program’s impact and ensuring that data collection and
analysis meet the global fund’s reporting requirements.
Qualifications: Degree in Demography or its equivalent with a Masters in a relevant field, and Not less
than 10 years’ experience in Monitoring HIV related programs.
