MS Carbon Zambia Limited is looking for a Sales ICT Engineer to Join the team. potential candidates should have the following attributes;

1. Demonstrable experience of supporting and maintaining core infrastructure solutions, with server, storage and client delivery infrastructure technologies.

2. Experience of providing support and installation of end-user desktop environments.

3. Good communication skills, written and oral, and able to articulate technical designs and principles to a technical and a non-technical audience.

4. Able to form good working relationships with end users, stakeholders and suppliers

5. Able to recognize sensitive information and maintain discretion and confidentiality. Maintain a high degree of integrity and trust when dealing with sensitive and classified information.

6. A good understanding of IT operating infrastructure (including IP networks) and ICT operations management. Good working knowledge of:

– Windows Server 2008-2016 and Active Directory including GPOs
–  Multi-site networking experience including DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
–  Windows based Operating Systems
–  MS Office products
–  Remote assistance tools and processes
–  LANs/WANs including Fibre & Copper infrastructure
–  Mobile connectivity including WiFi, LTE & Satellite
–  End user devices including mobiles, tablets, laptops and desktops
–  LaserJet printers & scanners
–  Cryptographic devices and key materials
–  Backup software including Backup Exec, Arc Serve and Isilon.
–  Antivirus solutions
–  Enterprise Router, Firewall & Switch configuration
