REVENUE OFFICER – MPONGWE (01)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Reconciling the daily sales, ensuring that daily sales tally with the daily cash up
• Ensuring that all the cash is recorded on the CTNs and banked promptly by CIT service providers
• Checking the daily bank statements against the CTNs and against the sales made by each outlet and then follow up any discrepancies
• Ensuring that all the internal control systems and procedures are followed by each outlet
• Carrying out spot/audit checks to ensure that there are no errors or misappropriation of funds by the customer care officer and give recommendations for improvements
• Correcting errors made by customer care officers and provide guidance on a daily basis
• Reconciling the monthly revenue generated from the sales of DOCs, ex-layers, sex errors, and hatchery ex-eggs less variable costs incurred
• Breeders, eggs and layers monthly stock reconciliation
• Breeder depletion reconciliation

The Required Qualifications are:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• ZICA Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 2 years of experience
• Member of ZICA

The Required skills for the role Include:

• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced in the use of spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Experience in use of ERP (Pastel Evolution and POS)
• Ability to analyse large volume of data
• High level of integrity and accuracy
