Job Description


Over view of the department and role: The main goal of a Sales department is to meet or exceed projected sales targets based on budgeted sales goals, the department sets sales objectives for individual sales personnel across the regions. The department also creates a working sales strategy and monitor sales tools.

Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies

  • Implement sales strategies that will help the Organization achieve competitive advantage
  • Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services
  • Product awareness: Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Negotiating the deals with the clients.
  • Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Management: Motivate ,lead and manage a high-performing sales team country wide by . Providing guidance and training to ensure the team meets and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and healthy  relationships with clients and partners. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand market presence.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Full grade 12 certificate

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years work experience in a similar role
  • Applicant with valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or a similar position
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various sales tactics and strategies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools and Strategies.
  • A result-driven and organized individual.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Product
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good negotiation and sales skills.
