Job Description
Senior Instructor- Rigging-x2
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Conduct training in Rigging at artisan level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan & implement training programmes in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
- Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence
- Responsible for all training equipment, tools and materials under their charge.
- Conduct theory & practical lessons in accordance with KCM & TEVETA standards in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees.
- Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude.
- Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 school certificate Diploma in Rigging with 5 years’ experience
- Training/Teaching Qualification.
- Good oral & written skills.
