1.    RDO Manager x1 (D5) – Permanent

This position reports to the Business Improvement Director.

Key Performance Areas

  • Main interface between RDO and workstreams – accountable for ensuring delivery on ‘‘programme’’ performance, including value, costs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Set Country results drumbeat (schedule of daily/weekly/monthly meetings).
  • Complete analysis / coaching support for workstreams – interpret data, identify potential issues, and present this in a way that facilitates effective decision making.
  • Provide expertise into development of business cases related back to the P&L across different business functions.
  • Prepare and distribute consolidated data for RDO and Steer Cos.
  • Link business initiatives to strategy with the ability to prioritize given business needs.
  • Engage with the business and initiative leads to gain the understanding of and to collect and collate the required information to produce the dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • Close co-ordination with Business Performance Analyst and functions to ensure MWB financials are controlled right through our ERP, budgeting to the bottom line.
  • Ensure delivery of the Results Delivery Office plan as required using reports from initiative leads and the outcomes of project.
  • Build and maintain a central repository of initiative folders, documents, templates, and knowledge to create a sustainable online library of re-useable data to help inform future developments and support initiative leads.
  • Work with initiative leads to develop and maintain the six key requirements for success.
  • Organise workshops to identify areas of improvement for initiatives and projects.
  • Change Management expert that ensures all MWB’s follow company change model with strong interface with Organisational Effectiveness Manager.
  • Be conversant with the financial discipline required to manage projects and able to assist in budget tracking.
  • Project/’programme’ planning support and ensure the development of a well-structured and governed plan.

Minimum specifications / Requirements areas

  • Business or Engineering degree.
  • Wide cross functional business experience (Strong preference).
  • At least 8 years’ experience of which 5+ years’ direct work experience in PMO; knowledge of ‘programme’ management techniques and tools.
  • PMP (or equivalent).
  • Experience in cross functional business ‘programmes’
  • Respected and influential, able to challenge leadership team and create healthy tension during decision making.
