Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales meetings, proactive lead planning, managing social media campaigns, website management, contract review, and executing operational tasks. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Attend online sales meetings with SMEs and clients to review potential projects.
Plan proactive strategies for generating sales leads and communicate these leads effectively online and over the phone.
Attend and contribute to project hand-off meetings, taking detailed notes and minutes.
Create and manage company social media campaigns and oversee website management.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reviewing contracts before client submission.
Assist in executing project management plans and resolving daily operational tasks efficiently.
Problem-solve project issues and suggest improvements while handling invoicing processes.
Develop and maintain high-level relationships as a trusted consultant with internal and external clients and networks.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Essential knowledge in Digital Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and high computer literacy.
Strong business acumen and exceptional clerical skills.
Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing plans focused on revenue, customer base expansion, and market growth.
Implement strategic initiatives, interact with existing and prospective clients, and secure new business opportunities.
Oversee all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation to contract closure.
