QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Business administration,  business management, Accounting or equivalent discipline.
• At least one year  work experience in similar position

Job Description:

• Preparation of machine sold reconciliation report daily
• Preparation of Machine tracker picked up reports daily
• Issue machines from Inventory to operations for shipment as and when requested by the Sales Team
• Reconcile stock balances with the sales team daily and report management
• Follow up on listed pickup devices and ensure machines listed are picked and returned to the office
• Follow up on reconciling items and ensure to resolve all issues whether process or system-related
• Carry out spot checks on inventory
• Motivating and managing sales representatives  to generate business for new accounts and develop them to achieve consistent profitability through a clear process of target settings
• Ensuring that reconciliations of machine Inventory, new stock, returned machines and picked-up machines are carried out and fixed asset schedule is maintained.
• Ensure no devices are going active without proper procedure followed. Prepare Active devices report and share it with management daily.
• Prepare a monthly performance report
