Human Resource Officer

Job Overview:

Substantial experience and demonstrated knowledge in recruitment and selection, labor laws and employment standards.

Qualifications;

Grade twelve (12) certificate
Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Degree is an added advantage
Minimum of two (3) years’ work experience in the related job
Valid membership with Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

Skills/Abilities

Strategic thinking and Analytical skills
Conversant with Microsoft word, Excel, outlook and other software
Interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems and work independently
Report writing

Should be a Member of the Human Resource Association
Should have an updated HR practicing certificate
