People & Culture Associate (x1)

Position purpose:

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, the position exists to provide human resource administration of site office and is responsible for the enforcing policies and procedures and ensuring they are being applied efficiently and consistently.

Education

• Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Membership with Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

Experience and Functional skills

• At least 4 years of a well-rounded experience with 2 years in human resource management and general administration.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, fluent written and spoken English and good all-round Microsoft Office skills.
• International and local project experience is an asset.
• Office management, relationship management, recruitment and selection, labour relations, Payroll support.
